fast freezer meals is diced, cooked chicken breasts, cooked in alfredo sauce, place in ziplock and freeze. On the night you want to use it, thaw in fridge and just 7-8 minutes to cook pasta
I love to freeze spaghetti sauce and meatballs but I use a plastic container – this other system seems better – hope to win

1/2 of what I made for dinner… I make a big meal (meatloaf, beef stew, stuff shells….) and freeze half for when I am pressed for time…
For meals, I usually just freeze leftovers.
However, I do always make extra meat pasta sauce and taco meat to freeze.

I love freezing portioned cookie dough and home made bread.
We like to buy our meats in bulk or special packages from the butcher shop. We then bring them home and separate the meat into packages to be used per meal. I’m also planning to start doing freezer meals ahead of time to have them ready for the crock pot or oven. We just got a deep freeze so we have lots of room to fill up.
I purchase meats in family packs to save per pound, then divide into meal sized portions at home and freeze.
