I cook with chicken breasts a lot so I try to change up the flavors as much as possible so I don’t get board, using lots of different ingredients and fresh herbs. This is one of my all-time favorites: Chicken w/ mushrooms & sage. You can definitely use dried sage for an even cheaper recipe, but I like to splurge a bit on fresh herbs.
