Hi Erin,
I love your ideas and the fact that you work on a budget is even better, but not all families are as large as mine so I wanted to ask for any suggestions you might have. I live in a duplex and in my side, I have myself plus my 5 kids and husband. On the other side is my aunt (that couldn't cook to save my uncle's life) and my uncle. Every night except for Sunday, I am responsible for planning and preparing dinner before the guys come in from work. I am a full time online student and still have my daughter at home with me so I am very limited on time. I could use any advice when it comes to feeding 9 people every night. I am open to suggestions covering budgeting, bulk cooking, freezing, or anything else you might think of. I also do ALL of the shopping and frankly, I am completely out of ideas. Oh and my youngest two boys survive on peanut butter and jelly, as they are the pickiest and one of them hates meat. Any help is appreciated. Did I mention, we already live on a very tight budget? Thank you, Kristi
