Our biggest struggle is that our son only eats one thing: a peanut butter sandwich. He only eats the same couple side dishes, so he gets no variety during the day. At dinner, he’ll eat anything, so that’s good, but lunch is a struggle.

  2. Erica Biezenbos says

Our biggest challenge is figuring out what to make for school lunch and how to keep it properly heated or cooled

  3. April says

My biggest struggle with the lunch hour is making sure that the food doesnt get soggy. Sometimes I end up buying lunch because my sandwich doesnt look appealing.

  4. Brenda H says

A big lunch struggle for me is getting lunch ready for the kids (age 1 and 2), helping them eat it, then having time for ME to eat before they want down or want held. Eek!

  5. Jackie says

My daughter will not eat sandwiches for lunch…so I have to come up with other ideas of what to pack in her lunch.

  6. Hilary Richards says

my biggest struggle is waiting too long to get lunch out. We get busy doing a project and then all of a sudden every one is starving.

  7. Kim says

My biggest struggle is definitely variety! We seem to always be eating some sort of sandwich and usually fall back on the good ol’ pb&j!

  8. Susan says

my kids only like hot lunches, and it is a big struggle to get them to eat just sandwiches. Packing lunches for 4 kids once school starts is going to be a challenge because I am not creative that way and don’t have lots of time, but I really don’t want them to end up just buying lunch at school cuz I know it isn’t as healthy.

  9. Rachel says

My biggest lunchtime struggle is packing for my son’s lunch. We are a peanut-free school, and he has turned into a very opinionated eater. It is hard to find things that are suitable for school that he will eat without great whining.

  10. Sara T. says

My biggest struggle is being creative with lunches and having the time to fix something quick, yet nutritious for a very energetic 21 month old!

  11. Fenella Higgins says

Biggest struggle is making something fast and easy, I hate to make too much of a mess before having to make dinner later!
