Our biggest struggle is that our son only eats one thing: a peanut butter sandwich. He only eats the same couple side dishes, so he gets no variety during the day. At dinner, he’ll eat anything, so that’s good, but lunch is a struggle.
Actually eating what I packed myself instead of going across the street to the grocery store.
My struggle is having a plan for lunch.

My biggest struggle with the lunch hour (at home) is remembering to eat. I often lose track of what time it is and end up eating lunch around 2 pm.

A big lunch struggle for me is getting lunch ready for the kids (age 1 and 2), helping them eat it, then having time for ME to eat before they want down or want held. Eek!

my biggest struggle is waiting too long to get lunch out. We get busy doing a project and then all of a sudden every one is starving.
My biggest struggle is definitely variety! We seem to always be eating some sort of sandwich and usually fall back on the good ol’ pb&j!

my kids only like hot lunches, and it is a big struggle to get them to eat just sandwiches. Packing lunches for 4 kids once school starts is going to be a challenge because I am not creative that way and don’t have lots of time, but I really don’t want them to end up just buying lunch at school cuz I know it isn’t as healthy.
My biggest lunchtime struggle is packing for my son’s lunch. We are a peanut-free school, and he has turned into a very opinionated eater. It is hard to find things that are suitable for school that he will eat without great whining.

Biggest struggle is making something fast and easy, I hate to make too much of a mess before having to make dinner later!
