Finding variety for my choosy kids!

My biggest struggle is keeping my fridge stocked with enough options to create an exciting lunch.
My biggest struggle is finding healthy foods that my 10 year old “picky eater” son will eat! He likes to stick to the same old things!
We homeschool so finding something quick to fix and easy to clean up is my biggest struggle.
Keeping the options healthy, it’s easy to put in pre-packaged foods which are no so healthy!
My kids don’t eat sandwiches!! Boo!!
