My biggest struggle would be what to pack and how to pack it. Usually its leftovers or a PB&J.
Everyone eats lunch at various times on the weekend, so having a variety of healthy items ready.
biggest struggle with lunches is what to pack my son who is very picky.
I’m already a fan on facebook and subscribe!!
Biggest struggle with lunch is getting out of the rut of the same ol’ lunches.
My biggest struggle is trying to have more variety. Not just the same thing everyday. Thanks for the great giveaway

My biggest struggle is making sure that my son eats something for lunch next week when school starts. The school food is horrible processed junk & he doesn’t eat sandwiches.
packing good and cheap lunches to take to work.
I babysit throughout the week so one of the hardest things to do is make meals that everyone of all ages will eat without having to spend more than 15 minutes in the kitchen preparing and cleaning up my messes.
I am super busy throughout the week with homeschooling my child. We only get a half an hour break to make, eat, and cleanup from lunch. It’s hard not to just microwave something unhealthy to eat quick.
I’m trying to get the kids that I babysit to eat veggies without screaming at them that it’s good for them eery 5 seconds. That means that I have to cook something or make it look good. That takes time, which I don’t have.
