I wanted to remind everyone of the cookbook signings that I have coming up in February!!!
- Cincinnati: Tuesday, February 2nd, 7-9 pm
- Nashville: Thursday, February 4th, 7-9 pm
- Fort Worth: Saturday, February 13th, 2-4 pm
- Houston: Monday, February 15th, 6-8 pm
- San Antonio: Wednesday, February 17th, 7-9 pm

While you’re in Nashville you should check out Demos Restaurant. It’s a Nashville based chain (3 locations), yummy food and their daily lunch special is always under $6 for an entree, salad/soup and bread. I grew up just outside Nashville always loved going there.
I wish that I could have made it to the Nashville signing! I am orginally from that area but live about 6 hours away from there now!!!! Hopefully you will be able to have a signing a little closer that I can attend!!

I finally got your cookbook! I’ve been unable to find it anywhere in the Saint Louis metro area but today lo’ and behold I spotted it while walking through Sam’s. Of course I HAD to get it, even though I was only there for two other things
Hi I found your book this weekend and tried out some of the recipe. I have a very picky family but they loved the few I have tried so far, I have a family of 7 and 3 are teenage boys so i have to double the recipes but it still saves money and they are great. Cannot wait to try some more thank you.
