Tuna Sandwiches with Hard Boiled Eggs and Carrots
Yield – 4 servings
Preparation Time – 5 minutes
Cooking Time – 20 minutes (for hard boiled eggs)
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise or sandwich spread
- Spices to taste – garlic salt, dill, curry powder
- 8 slices bread
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- Baby carrots
- Mix the tuna with the mayonnaise and preferred spices. Add salt and pepper to taste. (Optional, cut up the hard boiled eggs and mix them in with the tuna. You will likely need more mayonnaise if you do this.)
- Spread the tuna mixture onto the bread and serve sandwiches with eggs and baby carrots.
