I dug out some tilapia fillets from the depths of the freezer. Thankfully they were vacuum packed and in another freezer bag, so they almost as good as fresh!
I wanted to grill the fillets straight on the grill, but they were too thin…so I “foil grill” it is. And we’ll round out the meal with Buttery Succotash with Dill and Grilled Garlic Bread.
