Make your regular chocolate chip cookies ad in 1 1/2 tsp of chocolate cocoa and instead of regular chips add the nestle toll house mint chip mix half regular chips half mint. and you would not believe it tastes like you are eating a thin mint. For the times you need a fix and it is not Girl Scout cookies time :)
