So many colors and so many flavors in this meal…we really enjoyed this dinner!!!

Sauteed chicken, pasta and tomatoes tossed in a Caesar dressing and served on a bed of lettuce!
Shredded chicken, mandarin oranges, chopped peanuts and celery tossed in a sweet asian dressing!
Rigatoni pasta “baked” in the microwave with diced chicken and garden fresh tomatoes, onions, basil and parsley.
I do believe I’ll be eating this for lunch tomorrow…as there is just enough leftover!!! This was T-A-S-T-Y!
