A simple lemon pepper marinade on chicken breasts…cooked up on the grill…served with green beans and homemade rolls.
A simple dish turned into a bit of an experiment! Diced chicken with tomatoes, green tomatoes, eggplant, Cubanelle peppers and some spices…tossed with spaghetti and topped with mozzarella cheese!
Shredded chicken, mandarin oranges, chopped peanuts and celery tossed in a sweet asian dressing!
