This is my green pepper plant from last summer’s garden. I’m definitely planting a few more plants in the garden this year…and when it comes time to harvest, I’ll be making Jennifer’s Stuffed Pepper Casserole!

This sounds delicious!!! I love stuffed peppers & will definitely give it a try. I still have peppers in the freezer from last year. I just wash them, put them in freezer bags whole & use them just like fresh. I don’t thaw them before I use them. I had hundreds last year so I didn’t plant as many thus year and will probably regret it.
