The rice cereal is a brilliant idea. I am not GF but I am wheat free, I just make breadcrumbs out of my leftover stale bread ends.
Glad to know that the rice cereal works! I’ve been wanting to make meatballs, but didn’t want to use my expensive gluten free bread for bread crumbs. Thanks for sharing this idea!
