Chuck roast on low for 8 hours with Montreal Steak seasoning and onions, shredded for tacos =)
So simple, I love it! You could also use taco seasoning instead of Montreal Steak seasoning. Just sprinkle enough to lightly coat the roast before you cook it. Enjoy!
