It’s time to start working on the official “stock the freezer” list! My goal is to double up a meal every Thursday, with the hopes of filling up the freezer in the next 10 week!

That’s “the plan” for the month of September! We’ll see how it plays out each week…and more importantly each day! This plan is just to keep me from the inevitable “what’s for dinner?” dilemma every day!!!

My birthday is on the 27th too!
Hey, your birthday is the day after Steve’s — I never knew that! I did some freezer stocking myself today — took one massive zucchini from the farmer’s market and made two loaves of zucchini lemon quick bread (a sweet dessert or breakfast bread), and two loaves of zucchini wheat bread for sandwiches…More of said zucchini went into a sauteed vegetable bread pudding for tonight’s dinner!
i will be 27 on the 27th!!!
