I never paid too much attention to eggs…until I lived overseas. Prior to this, I ate raw cookie dough and enjoying my near-raw eggs in different forms. And then I learned that not all eggs are created equal, or safe to eat. And I experienced first hand, on multiple occasions, that not all eggs are created equal. Deviled eggs – I’m requested to bring them to every single family event.
