Finding a cool gift for older kids can be tough. Until now…

Our boys have had a number of regular scooters over the past few years. Even Tyler (2) gets into the scooter, even though he can’t really propel it correctly. It has wheels, he can push it while walking next to it, and he can tilt it down and push it like a mower. He’s happy with that!

They are going to be thrilled with the Rockboard Scooter since it’s a hybrid scooter. This means that they can kick to move forward just like on a normal scooter. Or, they can propel just like they are riding a bike with the Rockboard Propulsion Technology.™ The faster they rock up and down while going for a spin, the faster it will go!

There are two options available. You can pick up the Original model, available in a variety of colors, which is made for the bigger kids and adults weighing over 90 pounds. Or, the Mini model is made for younger kids weighing up to 90 pounds. Our younger boys could share the Mini model and the older boys (meaning T and Daddy) can share the Original model, which is what we received. Even I could take a spin on it (or not since that would likely embarrass them…).

My boys are smitten over this scooter…we received a “mini,” and they can’t get enough. Once they got the rocking motion down, they were off. They don’t care that it was 30 degrees outside yesterday…they wanted to ride!
