One-dish. One-dish. One-dish.
I absolutely, positively, without a doubt adore one-dish dinners. (I even wrote an entire cookbook around one-dish dinners.)
They are my sanity savers. They help me through the witching hour. They are easy on the post-meal elbow grease. And this one in particular is T.A.S.T.Y!
Chicken, red potatoes and carrots. Add a drizzle of homemade maple-mustard sauce. Roast. (If you are eating the Paleo diet, please use sweet potatoes in place of the red potatoes.)
It’s just that simple and easy. This meal has received rave reviews and we hope you’ll love it too!
