Hello :) This sounds really good. I have a couple of questions though. I don't use oil for anything I make, so I don't even have any. What all could I use to substitute for the oil? Also, I have never bought or used wheat flour. We have always used white all-purpose flour. Would it be possible to use that> Thanks so much, Marci

I JUST made some pumpkin baked oatmeal today & I think your recipe looks better than the one I had on hand. But I agree that nuts would really add something, (& next time I will add more cinnamon.) Either way I made it this afternoon as a snack & to have leftovers for breakfast tomorrow & I don't have any left over for tomorrow morning. LOL

We are in La, Ft. POLK to be exact, and the temp here changes from day to day. We have been enjoying some Fall like weather the last few days, but it is short lived. We are supposed to be back up in the high 80's to 90 this week :(. So i create Fall in my house by making and baking dishes like this. Cant wait ti try it out, GF style ;)
