We roast and or grill all the meat for the week on the weekend, that sure speeds up dinners!
my favorite way to save money is to menu plan. It helps to know what dinner is in advance so we aren’t giving up and running out to eat!
I like to buy 10 lb. bags of chicken leg quarters. I cook them, then can the meat, and simmer the bones in the crockpot overnight for broth. It is like getting all that broth for free!

I like to save money by cutting out some conveniences like paper towels for more economical choices.
I try to save money by using coupons on what I would normally buy. I have never done freezer cooking, but I am researching and looking into starting…it is a little intimidating!
I like to buy food items that are the featured sale items for the week…if I happen to have a coupon, too, that is even better!
