Kitchen shears have saved me so much time! I love using these to cut up chicken or cut cilantra. So much easier than using a knife!

I plan all my dinner menus for the time between pay days. I double some of my recipes and freeze one for a later meal. Not only do I save time by not running to the store, but I also save time on food prep.
We try to prep for multiple meals at once and repurpose leftovers when we’re in a hurry.

I subscribe for daily emails, like you on FB ( and in real life! ) and my favorite time-saving tip for cooking is prepping vegetables ahead of time for the week by cutting chopping, slicing, etc & placing them in reusable containers in the fridge.
I like to pre-portion meats before freezing them.

I like to just throw stuff in the crockpot. It requires very little effort
I use my crockpot as often as I can….i get everything ready the night before….cutting….everything that I need that can stay out all night I put on the counter so in the morning I am ready to go!!
