I live in southern California…I just left Columbus, Ohio after spending 3 WEEKS THERE…I really really miss Kroger. I’m wondering if the Kroger coupons would be honored here at Albertsons?…I should check into that. I know my Albertsons’ card works at the checkout…or vice versa…whatev…I enjoy your blog…I just discovered it…great timing for me….keep posting!!!!!

Oh! Can you please post the recipe for the rice and beans? I have been to the dominican several times and have had them and they are SO good! I can’t seem to find a recipe that is the same as the one I have had there so many years ago
LOVE beans and rice. We do missions in Cuba every summer and I eat beans and rice 2 meals a day every day!! I have a great recipe for Puerto Rican beans and rice that a friend gave me….mmmmm!
