Menu Plan Monday – September 22

This week is a tough one to plan, as we still do not have power! We were blessed to be able to use my mother in law’s kitchen all last week, and can continue to do so! It is waring, however! Also, my mom is coming in town this week, so I’m not sure what and where we will be eating. Nonetheless, I will still have a plan! I am planning a MAJOR Kroger run also…using up lots of good coupons they sent me in the mail a few weeks ago. I’m glad that I held onto them…as my bare fridge and freezer will need to be restocked!

Monday – Entree Vous Dinner with Rice and a Veggie
Tuesday – Oven Fried Drumsticks, Bread Machine Rolls, Veggie
Wednesday – Pesto Spaghetti and Veggie
Thursday – Honey Glazed Pork Chops (Crockpot), Sweet Potatoes, Peas
Friday – Out to Eat with Nana
Saturday – Birthday Dinner (Happy Birthday to Me!)
Sunday – Church Picnic, Bring Potato Salad

I hope you get power back soon. We got ours back Monday. My mom still doesn’t have hers. Makes meals difficult.

I’m going to have to check out some of your $5 dinners! There’s got to be a way to save money and still eat well.
