Bacon and egg quesadillas sound like a fun change!

This is my first visit to your blog. Love the look of it.
Do you cook every meal under $5 ?
Used one of your recipes this week in my plan, looked too yummy.

Great meal plan, Erin! I included your corn and tortilla soup in ours for this week. YUM!!
Hey, thanks for checking out my blog. Usually all my meals are done for cheap. My small family of 3 eats for $50 a week; so I need to be creative with what we have.
I love the simply in season cook book. My friend has it and I have enjoyed a couple good recipes from there. I love the squash bars. They are delicious (she even added some chocolate chips!)
Do you have the recipe for the mac and cheese somewhere?? I’ve been looking for a good one!
Just found your site. It looks great, but I’m wondering if you have any menu plans for diabetics. So many diabetic cookbooks rely on fancy or expensive exotic stuff, and I need cheap…
Nice site!
Chili topped Potatoes are on our menu this week too! Friday for us!!
I love Shepard’s Pie. Do you put slices of cheddar cheese on top?

we’re having something similar for dinner tomorrow with your chili topped potatoes; I’m not sure what mine are called but basically you brown 1/2 pound of ground meat, mix in it 14 ounces spaghetti sauce and a 7-ounce can of corn, heat it through and serve it on top of baked potatoes
menu looks great!
