We had a hootin’ hollerin’ good time at the Preschool Hayride, Bonfire and Hot Dog Roast! Fall weather has set in, which means I will mourn this week. Putting away the adorable summer polo shirts and sandals is SAD business! Will he ever wear this adorable outfit again? Sad, really sad!
My urges to grill and eat summer pasta salads have faded. Bring on the stews, the crockpot dinners and warm homemade rolls!
Monday – Pasta Marinara
Tuesday – Waffles, Eggs and Fruit
Wednesday – Fish n Chips (Fish Tacos with Fries)
Thursday – Sweet Potato Soup
Friday – Provolone Wrapped Chicken Strips
Saturday – Corn and Salsa Soup
Sunday – Enchilada Casserole
**NOTE: I will post recipes each night as I make the meal. Since I have not made any of these meals yet, I don’t have links to them!

The Bon Fire and hot dog roast sounds fun. Maybe we should try that for my daughter’s b-day party on Sunday. No little kids so it would be okay (only maybe teenagers are worse!)
I love visiting your blog. I love all the meal ideas I get from it.
I love breakfast for dinner! Sounds like a great week. Have a good one.
Great looking menu this week!! The provolone chicken strips sound yummy and Mexican is one of my favorite foods behind chocolate.
Have a great week!

Would you please share your recipe for sweet potato soup? Every time I make it, i try to add a white sauce first, then it tastes like pancake batter…… How do you make it?
