(Thanks for letting me have the week off from posting recipes last week! I’ve got quite the plan for this week and I hope I can stick to it. It’s always nice to get back into your routine after a break!)
So I have been suffering from cabin fever that last 6 months and will do anything and everything to get outside. And not just to get outside, but to cook outside too. I so wish I had some sorta of an outdoor kitchen…or at least an outdoor counter-top that I could use to prepare food while out on the patio. But that is a dream. So for now, I’ll just stick to the cooking outside part! I love me some grilled food!
This week’s menu has 3 grilled items…2 types of burgers and some chicken! Can’t wait!!
(Don’t forget…there is a $1/1 Pam Grilling Spray coupon here…I have found it’s great at keeping the food from sticking on the grill and its easy to clean once your are finished!)
Monday – Grilled Salsa Chicken
Tuesday – BBT Pasta Salad
Wednesday – Mushroom Burgers
Thursday – Pork Chops with Apple Juice Brine from The $5 Dinner Mom Cookbook
Friday – Spaghetti
Saturday – Tacos
Sunday – Grill Burgers – Taco Style, perhaps?!?
