Menu Plan Monday

So I got *most* of the batch cooking list finished up last week…and this week I need to cook the dried beans that I have in the pantry and get them into the freezer. Other than that, it’ll be a normal week in the kitchen for me!

Monday - Chana Masala

Tuesday – Chicken Zucchini Stirfry with Brown Rice

Wednesday – Tilapia on the Grill with Rice and Veggie

Thursday – Balsamic Beef Roast with Pasta, Salad

Friday – Date Night

Saturday – Grill Burgers

Sunday - Leftovers or Sandwiches

I will post the recipes each night after I make the meal. If you see a meal you are interested in, please check back for the recipe later in the week!

@Kelly Lininger,

Rock on Kelly! So glad you are finding the planners useful…and more importantly, that they are helping you spend less $$$ at the grocery store!!!

Your week looks really good!

I saw your endorsement of My Coupon Database. It sounds great but I am anxious about whether or not it is worth the money? $15/monthly is a lot for my low budget for my blog?

@Susie’s Homemade,

What I love about it is that it automatically fills in your affiliate links…and you can do multiple searches at once. So if you’re doing coupon matchups, you can speed through by entering something like…

Pepperidge Farms, Motts, Colgate, Hefty, dental floss or whatever you see on sale or whatever is on your list.

And with one click all the coupons show up! No need for multiple searches.

There is a free option, but it doesn’t auto-include your affiliate links.

Hope that helps…any other questions…free free to email me :)

Everytime I see a menu planner, I am inspired to use them. I have a blank calendar format menu planner with magnets on the back that I keep on my fridge (and rarely use). What I have yet to see and would love is an 8th column (if commercially made, perforated would be awesome) to be used as a grocery list area. So you have the 7 days with menus and then on the end, there is a spot to write and tear off a grocery list. I think that would help so much. Maybe I will have to make one.
