Menu Plan Monday

Monday- Egg Casserole with Fruit

Tuesday – Lentil Burritos

Wednesday – Sour Cream Enchiladas

Thursday – Crockpot Pork Loin

Friday – Cinnamon Chicken

Saturday – Honey Dijon Salmon

Sunday - Burgers, Oven Fries

I will post the recipes each night after I make the meal. If you see a meal you are interested in, please check back for the recipe later in the week!

Lentils Burritos sounds good – wish I would have thought of that since I was making lentils this week also. The cinnamon chicken sounds very interesting. Definitely will check back later this week for the recipe.

I saw you on Rachel Ray you were fantastic and gave perfect advice to today’s tuff economy crises. this is such an awesome website. i saw you on rachael ray and i have been hooked everyday trying to figure out ways to save money so i can stay home part time with my kids! i would love the cinnamon chicken recipe. i dont see it on your recipes, when will you post this one?

As soon as I make it! I keep putting it off because I’m having trouble cooking raw meats due to first trimester issues! Will get it up soon!
