Menu Plan Monday – May 17

by Erin, The $5 Dinner Mom on May 16, 2010

I don’t know which one of you pressed the FAST FORWARD button…but whoever did it, would you please push PAUSE?!?

I just can’t stand how fast life moves and how quickly the kids are growing.  Tyler is already sitting up. By himself. For long periods of time.  And he rocks while sitting. And he can scoot if sitting on the right surface.

And that only means one thing. Crawling is just around the corner.  And life as I know it will be over.

Three boys. All mobile.

Oh dear.

Oh alright, the meal plan for this week.  So sorry, I can get so carried away!

To Bake – Cran Apple Muffins and Cookies

To Batch Cook - Dried Beans

Monday - Cilantro and Lime Brown Rice with perhaps something grilled???

Tuesday – Mushroom Burgers

Wednesday – Three Bean Crispy Tacos

Thursday – Grilled Hawaiian Pizza (Using up the last of the Easter ham)

Friday – O.U.T.

Saturday – Spaghetti

Sunday - Church Pig Roast

I will post the recipes each night after I make the meal. If you see a meal you are interested in, please check back for the recipe later in the week!  My current Monthly Meal Plan can be found here!
