I added some green food coloring to the icing and then put some whole and chopped Cadbury mini eggs on top. It turned out so pretty! I was also thinking that this cake could easily be changed up a bit if you used Cherry or Strawberry Jello. Then it would taste like a Cherry or Strawberry Limeade. Will definitely be making this again!
