CLOSED! Healthy Snacks To Go eBook – Giveaway

UPDATE – This Giveaway is now CLOSED!

Winners announced soon…

Katie from Kitchen Stewardship has put together the most wonderful eBook…Healthy Snacks to Go!  She graciously sent me a copy to review and I am thoroughly impressed!

Here’s what impressed me most…

  • HEALTHY – using raw food ingredients like nuts, seeds, honey and dried fruits
  • EASY – like put ingredients in a bowl, mix and form into snacks…and eat. So simple!
  • “TO GO FRIENDLY” – most are finger food-like, and easy to pack for the road!

She also clearly marks the snacks for the different allergies and food intolerances that many of us deal with!  Love that too!

Some of our new favorite snacks from her eBook: Peanut Butter Kisses, Chocomole, and Cranberry Power Bars

I’m giving away 5 copies of Katie’s Healthy Snacks To Go eBook!

I would enjoy learning her recipes for Power Bars(reverse engineered Larbars)!

Finding and making a variety of healthy, on-the-go snacks has been a struggle for me.

Plus I read on her blog that half are gluten-free…even better!

    Find Those MSGs

As with other deceptive food labels, I didn’t realize MSG had so many aliases!

The kitchen stewardship granola bars sounds great… my daughter could eat granola bars from sun-up to sun-down if I let her! :) For me though, I’m really intrigued by the homemade wheat thins… yum….

I like the Sausage Spinach Pasta Toss in your recipe index. I’d like to know what the Popeye Bars are listed in your table of contents!! They sound fun! Added you to Twitter and Facebook and joined your site for emails. Glad I came across this site – link found on Frugal Forum!

These recipes look great! My 3 children LOVE smoothies, so we’d like to see the “Smoothies and Other Yogurt variations” section. We’re looking for new, inexpensive recipes to try this summer — it helps our budget and gives us something new to do together! Thanks for the great giveaway opportunity!
