Katie from Kitchen Stewardship has put together the most wonderful eBook…Healthy Snacks to Go!  She graciously sent me a copy to review and I am thoroughly impressed!

Here’s what impressed me most…

  • HEALTHY – using raw food ingredients like nuts, seeds, honey and dried fruits
  • EASY – like put ingredients in a bowl, mix and form into snacks…and eat. So simple!
  • “TO GO FRIENDLY” – most are finger food-like, and easy to pack for the road!

She also clearly marks the snacks for the different allergies and food intolerances that many of us deal with!  Love that too!

    I think I would try the soaked granola bars first. My girls love granola but sometimes it is too crunchy for littles!
