    I would make Rice and Pinto Beans with Andouille . I most likely use spicy Portuguese chourico in place of the Andouille sausage. Next I would make Boston Baked Beans in the HURST BEANS HANDMADE CLAY POT .

    I have alot of crocks,I make the best pinto beans,this would be great to add to my collection;baked beans are my next project.
