		<description><![CDATA[We love it on pizza, mixed into alfredo sauce with ravioli and in tortilla roll ups

8 oz cream cheese, 1/4 c diced roasted red peppers, 2 - 3 T pesto - mix together.  Spread on tortillas and roll up.  Chill for an hour then slice into 1/4 - 1/2 inch slices.  

This has been my most requested appetizer this summer.]]></description>
