I struggle with trying to figure out what to take to work to eat on my lunch hour. I used half of my lunch hour to work out at the gym so then I only have 20 minutes to eat so I usually end up not eating a very good lunch.
I tweeted the giveaway.
I have issues for lunch just trying to come up with ideas–I have no imaginaion at all!
My husband is extremely picky and needs a dinner style meal at lunch and not a PB and J sandwhich.

I am ALWAYS eating leftovers! I get really tired of eating them too.

I need things will fill me up and stick with me through the day so I’m not making the dreaded 3pm trip to the vending machine downstairs!
I homeschool and sometimes I get stuck in a lunch rut making the same things over and over.

I run out of ideas of what to make my 4 kids for lunch each day. School will start soon and they each pack. I need ideas! I struggle alot with this.

My biggest will now be packing lunches for school for my son…i’ve never packed lunches for him before, but I just don’t like that junk they pass as ‘healthy’ in the cafeteria. This book would really help!
And I liked you on fb!
My biggest struggle is finding a variety of healthy foods for myself and my kids (and hubby on the weekend) we seem to get in a rut all the time with lunch…I am pretty tired of it. I am wanting to jazz up the kds lunches for school this year too

My biggest struggle is to figure out what I want to eat and what to feed two picky toddlers. Seems like no one likes the same thing on the same day, and the toddlers don’t like anything that seems remotely good for them.
Hardest part of lunch is finding foods that are healthy, filling and that the kids like.

… and my biggest struggle is finding a healthy variety of food for my kids!
biggest struggle……making one lunch that will please all 3 kids.
It’s hard to find something for lunch in our household, because it’s typically an after thought. My hubby usually takes leftovers, but my son and I are kind of left hanging. I also find it hard to make lunch a balanced meal and something that can be prepped fast. Breakfast and dinner are easy, but lunch always stumps me.

Again it’s variety.
Biggest struggle for lunch is remembering it. I get going with my day and get completely distracted and tend to forget to eat! ugh!!

My biggest struggle is simply: what to make at all. Breakfast is always fine and dinner is always set, but lunch is usually anything leftover from dinner or whatever happens to be here. Sort of frustrating.
Seriously needing to branch out beyond sandwiches!

my biggest challenge is getting it all packed in a reasonable amount of time.

My struggle is a picky son who doesn’t like sandwiches unless it’s subway style.
I liked u on FB too.
I’d love to win! We’re always looking for new and excellent cookbooks!
My biggest struggle is planning. We eat leftovers if there are some. But I never really know if there will be leftovers until after we eat and I pack DH’s lunch. So planning a week ahead (or a month ahead like I do with dinners) doesn’t really work for me.
