Chicken and Potato Stirfry on the Grill 2 chicken breasts, about 1 lb. 2 Tbsp olive oil 2 tsp red wine vinegar 2 Tbsp garlic and onion grill seasoning 4 medium Idaho potatoes 1 green pepper 1 onion Individual Beef Pies 2 tubes store bought pie crust 2 cups-ish leftover spaghetti sauce Pinchfuls of parmesan or mozzarella cheese Serve with fresh fruit and vegetables Grilled Pork Chops with Peaches and Red Onions 4 small pork chops Garlic powder Onion powder 3 large peaches 1 medium to large red onion Side of homemade rolls or store bought rolls/bread loaf Strawberry Spinach Quinoa Salad 2 cups white quinoa 6 large strawberries 2 handfuls fresh baby spinach About 1/4 to 1/3 cup chopped or slivered almonds Dressing drizzles – balsamic, poppyseed, or other sweet vinaigrette Grilled Hawaiian Chicken Sandwiches 2 large chicken breasts BBQ sauce for marinade, about 1/2 cup 1 can pineapple slices 4 whole wheat buns BBQ, ketchup. honey mustard for sandwich Serve with a side of fresh fruit or veggies and/or chips Whole Wheat Carrot Cake Pancakes 2 cups whole wheat flour 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 1/2 – 1 3/4 cups milk 1 egg 1/4 cup applesauce 2 Tablespoons maple syrup 2 Tablespoons butter 1 1/4 cup grated carrots Syrup: equal parts cream cheese and maple syrup with dash of cinnamon Side: Sausage, eggs, fresh fruit Iced Caramel Coffee Punch 4 cups brewed coffee 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk or 1 full can of evaporated milk 3-4 Tbsp Smucker’s caramel syrup (or other flavored syrup) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or peppermint) Couple small scoops of ice creamCaramel drizzles on top If you are seeing this in an email or in your reader and you’d like to print your grocery list, then click here to access the list feature, which is only available on the website.
