The $5 Dinners Weekly Meal Plan with Printable Grocery List

Scroll down and you’ll see a list of ingredients for each of the recipes included, in the order they are listed above. I’ll include ALL ingredients, including many that you already have in your pantry, refrigerator, or freezer. If you have those ingredients, just don’t click them!

Put a check mark by each of the ingredients, and then print your grocery list and be on your way to the grocery store!

Cheddar Chicken BLT Sandwich

2 chicken breasts
1 Cheddar Bacon Kraft Fresh Take bag (or make your own spice mix with bacon bits, cheese, and favorite spices)
4 bolillo rolls
1 large tomato
Lettuce
Mayo

Chunky Spaghetti Sauce & Pasta

1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp minced onion
2 garlic cloves
2 15 ounce cans diced tomatoes
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp sweetener
Pinchful of fresh herbs
Shredded or grated parmesan, couple pinchfuls
Pasta

Balsamic & Brown Sugar Pork Chops

4 pork chops, about 1 1/4 lb
2-3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
4 tsp brown sugar
Serve with favorite potatoes (like these mashed red potatoes) or bread and a favorite side of veggies

White Chili Stuffed Potatoes

6 large baking potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 pound chicken
1 cup onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 cup bell pepper
1/4 cup medium peppers (like Poblano or Anaheim) or 1 jalapeno pepper
1 cup of corn
3½ cups cooked white beans or 2 – 15 oz. cans of white beans
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon cilantro
1/2 – 3/4 cup grated cheese
Extra diced peppers or onions for the topping (optional)

Sausage and Mushroom Brinner Tacos

(Doubled recipe)

1 lb. ground pork sausage
2 Tablespoons homemade taco seasoning
8 oz. sliced white mushrooms
1 small zucchini
1 small orange pepper
1 small yellow pepper
16 to 20 flour tortillas
Topping Ideas – shredded cheese, pico de gallo or salsa, sour cream, avocado slices

Pumpkin Spice Baked Oatmeal

2 eggs
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup canned pumpkin (1/2 of 15 oz. can)
2 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup maple syrup or syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 teaspoon homemade pumpkin pie spice
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup wheat flour
4 cups quick cooking oats

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/2 cup butter, margarine, or shortening
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin puree
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp homemade pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Pretzel Pops and Pretzel-wiches

Waffle Pretzels or Rods
Smooth Peanut Butter
Toppings like sliced bananas, mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts etc.
