And a little about VineSleuth Uncorked ~
VineSleuth Uncorked is a wine blog for casual wine drinkers. It is not a stuffy, overwhelming site for experts, but is instead a place where I am sharing my experiences and observations, asking all the basic questions and also getting my hands dirty (literally!) learning about wine. Last October I was able to attend crush, or harvest, in Washington and picked grapes, sorted grapes, punched down and did just about everything the winemaker would allow me to do to learn about winemaking. It was exhausting, but a total blast, too.
