This free e-Book features 19 delicious recipes for four (or more) that can be made for $5 or less, paired with 94 affordable, well-matched wines (and even a beer or two) that all cost $15 or less.

  • All recipes were developed by yours truly! :)
  • Each recipe was matched with 5 or 6 easy-to-find wines which cost $15 or less per bottle.
  • e-Book also includes tips for serving and storing wine.
  • Amy called in the pairing expertise of  Mary Cressler of Vindulge, Michael Deming of A Cote Restaurant and Mark Hejtmanek of Experience Wine to select the wines that go with each dinner.

Dinner and Wine for $20 or Less is FREE for VineSleuth subscribers…but only through the end of February. FREE, y’all!

And a little about VineSleuth Uncorked ~

VineSleuth Uncorked is a wine blog for casual wine drinkers. It is not a stuffy, overwhelming site for experts, but is instead a place where I am sharing my experiences and observations, asking all the basic questions and also getting my hands dirty (literally!) learning about wine. Last October I was able to attend crush, or harvest, in Washington and picked grapes, sorted grapes, punched down and did just about everything the winemaker would allow me to do to learn about winemaking. It was exhausting, but a total blast, too.

Thanks so much for allowing me to share you recipes in the ebook… It has been a blast cooking my own way through them and trying all the paired wines! :)
