		<description><![CDATA[I have that salmon in my freezer for that recipe and have not used it. I used fresh salmon for it last Fall. Maybe I should have a backup entree or have extra side dishes in case of trouble? (I can buy off almost everyone with dessert) Thanks for the heads-up.

Next time, wrap it in freezer paper or wax paper before placing it in a freezer bag or just skip the paper altogether. Also never place salmon on a cookie sheet! Buy a piece of cedar plank (about $2 and it&#039;s reusable) to bake it on.]]></description>
