    For my age, 62, I should be getting 21 g of fiber a day. I know that I eat less than that because I have stomach problems. I emailed my sister and several friends about the Fiber Friend Face Off. I love the Fibre One ceral with yogurt. It tastes just like a good dessert. Thanks for all of your great receipes and shopping tips. Couponing never looked so good! Linda

    I do know I need a lot more in my diet and I believe the correct amount daily is @ 25 grams. I really need to actually look at the labels to see if I am getting my full in take I do know it helps reduce heart disease in women. Great Prize!

    I really have no idea how much fiber I should be getting or if I’m getting enough. I try to eat some fruits and veggies every day, though.

    From the research I did, it sounds like I should start with 20 grams of fiber per day and work my way up to around 30 g (while drinking lots of fluids). Interesting fact I read: A good source of fiber will have 2.5g of fiber per serving.

    I eat a lot of whole grains and legumes, but I have no idea if I’m getting the appropriate amount of fiber each day.

    I am a huge fan of the Fiber One products. As far as my fiber consumption goes, I normally take in between 18 to 20 grams of fiber per day. Based on my age (26), I should be consuming 25 grams of fiber.

    I don’t know how much fiber I should get for my age (37) but I think I already get too much fiber – due to the amound of gas I seem to have every day!!

    I would love to win this. I have PCOS and I have been trying to eat better including more fiber per day. I am still a work in progress but I have started eating Cheerio’s or Oatmeal for breakfast and some times lunch and a normal dinner. The food scales would help me greatly.

    I think we are supposed to get around 30-40 grams of fiber a day but I only get about half of that. But I try to make up for it with Bene fiber pills everyday.

    I don’t really keep track of the fiber in my diet but do think I eat lots of food from plant sources. Maybe I should start monitoring to make sure because I do tend to have many stomach issues. As for me, I should intake about 25mg/day

    I try to keep track of how much fiber I’m getting each day but it is often much less than I am supposed to. The Fiber One bars make it easier since they are so good and quick!

    I don’t know the specific numbers I’m supposed to get each day, but I know that I wasn’t getting nearly enough a year ago. I changed a lot of my eating habits and went for a lot of fiber-ful items and whole grain items. I love the Fiber One Toaster pastries!! I’d given up on eating several of my favorites until Fiber One came out with healthier versions.

    I don’t know how much fiber I should be getting, but do eat Fiber One bars and try to eat wheat bread.
