    And to answer the question of how much fiber I should be getting, I know it’s 25 grams for us women, and I know that I’m definitely not getting enough each day! But I really love those Fiber One bars in oats and chocolate! (:

    I just got the Fiber One Lemonade samples in the mail from Wal-Mart. The weekend was filled with activities and special event and we haven’t so much as eaten a meal at home since breakfast on Friday morning! Bottom line, I haven’t tried it yet. Looks easy enough, just drop it into water, stir, and go (sorry — bad pun). Thanks for the giveaway.

    How much fiber I need: 25 grams

    How much fiber I get: somedays, it must be very little. It’s a good question. I should know whether my diet has adequate fiber as fiber is an important factor in colon cancer prevention.

    I love fiber one!!! Especially the yogurt and the bars. The bars fill me up for at least a couple of hours. The yogurt is delicious too!! I need to try the cereal and pancake mix!

    I try and get at least 20 grams a day…which is easy to do just eating one of the Fiber one bars–they have 9 grams in each! I have heard you should be getting 25 or so, ideally.

    I love fiber one products. I do that fiber is good for me, but I don’t have any idea how much I am actually getting, or what my daily intake should be. Any advice would be appreciated!

    Yes, I use to track my food and one of the areas I track is fiber intake. I should be shooting for 25-35 g. per day, I usually get that or well over unless I’m not consciously trying to get it in my diet.

    I know I’m supposed to get 25 grams of fiber per day and I think on most weekdays I meet that. I just need to work on my weekend intake.

    I love Fiber One products. I might have to hide my granola bars from my son. He is 18 and doesn’t care if it is healthy he just thinks they taste good.

    My fiber goals is 30 grams per day. When I am on a diet I make meeting my fiber goal a priority since fiber is filling.
