So I love my Dutch Oven. And I want one of you to have one just like it. So you can love it too.

It does so so so much in the kitchen. It has saved me on several occasions when I realize at 1 pm that I forgot to start the slow cooker. That’s OK…I’m home and I can slow cook everything for an hour or two in the Dutch oven…either on the stove top, or in the oven. Or both. It’s just versatile. It makes fan-tabulous One Dish Dinners and I used it again and again during the recipe testing phase for this cookbook…so you’ll find all kinds of delicious Dutch oven recipes in the cookbook!
