Made these right after I saw your recipe. Love it. Now a regular addition to our breakfast. Quick & easy. We also sometimes top with fresh tomatoes & onion or salsa.

been making this the past 3 days and its delicious. I wanted a way to not eat the yolk every time cause of cholesterol and I was able to cook it all together and then just pull out the cooked yolk at the end =)
