We have to travel over an hour-and over the border-to go to Cracker Barrel, but we do! It is the birthday treat for both of my younger daughters (15 and 18). I love visiting the store, rummaging about all of the novelty and holiday items. One daughter always gets (and coerces her aunts and uncles to buy for her) the watermelon candies, while the younger of the two gets the Atomic Fireballs. Their meal of choice-the pancakes for the little bottles of pancake syrup and the pop (soda) in the bottles-root beer or orange. My meal….anything with biscuits!
