Are most of your meals able to be prepped ahead & frozen?

Thanks for helping us to get started with organic cooking. We just joined Costco, so this will be very helpful. My husband has celiac disease and I have several food allergies, as well. Having new recipes to try, instead of trying to come up with variety of our own each night is so helpful.

Is there a list of ingredients for each meal somewhere?

Thanks for this! Very excited to try, as we kick off a busy season of 3 kids in sports. I have teens, and am planning to double these. Can I freeze two packs worth in one bag? Thanks for your help!

Shannon – yes, you can pack a double portion in one bag, but you’ll probably need a bigger bag than gallon size. Also, the thawing will take a lot longer when it’s doubled like that, so it might be easier to do them in two gallon size bags and mark them so they stay together.

I love these meal plans but do have one small suggestion. How about including the cooking/heating instructions on the label as well so that I don’t need to dig out the recipes each meal I make? Thanks for putting these together!
