		<description><![CDATA[Made this tonight...  it was YUMMY - thank you!  Hubby wasn&#039;t too sure about it, but said it tasted good.  :)  I wasn&#039;t sure if it should be served warm or cold, but I thought the flavor would be better cold.  I did add some green onion and substituted almond for the pine nuts and used crasins for the dried fruit since those are the items I always have on hand for chicken salad sandwiches.  
@Dana - you really don&#039;t necessarily need a protein as Quinoa, although a starch is high in protein.
Can&#039;t wait to make this for my parents as they will be all over it.]]></description>

But I have to say, it cost me more than $5. The quinoa alone was $3, the pine nuts another $3. I&#039;d say all in all it was $10-$12 but it served my husband and I for two meals, so still a good deal.

We&#039;ll be adding it to the regular rotation, so thanks for that!]]></description>
