Homemade Guacamole

We also had homemade guacamole and homemade corn tortilla chips to snack on.
Homemade Guacamole
2 avocados
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp Rotel tomatoes
2 Tbsp sour cream (omit if GFCFSF, tastes great without it!)
1 tsp salt
Scoop out flesh from avocado. Smash with fork. Add crushed garlic, lemon juice, Rotel, sour cream and salt. Mix well. [...]

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients3/4 c sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1 t pumpkin pie spice
1/4 t salt
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
