I have already seen these mixes in my grocery store. Right next to all the other baking mixes! No need to travel to a specialty or health foods store in search of GF baking mix alternatives!

They will be for my two Celiac daughters. They have been gluten free for almost 5 years. My youngest was 2 so she never had a chance to taste many real desserts. I am so excited with all of these since we have never been able to make a good white cake.
