One of my favorite spices is pepper. You can’t have good gravy, whether it’s for roast beef and mashed potatoes or fried chix and mashed potatoes without a generous portion of Pepper!

  2. Eva says

My favorite spice is pepper because it gives flavor to any food and gives it a spicy kick. I love adding pepper to potatoes. Oh and happy anniversary to this great blog.

My favorite spice is probably cumin, which I add to any meximerican food I make (I’d love to be able to cook authentic mexican food, but alas…)

Yes I want to win. I will be e-mailing my kids this info.
I am a senior citizen and not used to using spices, so this will be a new and good experience for me.

  6. Tanya C says

My favorite spice has to be cumin. I use it in anything from mexican to chili, to even most of my beef casseroles.

my favorite spice is garlic, and i put it in everything, literally!! i know using fresh garlic is just as easy but i don’t always have it

My favorite? Hmm, garlic could sorta count because I use it in practically everything, but for an actual spice, maybe pepper. I use it quite often, too.
